Ensured effective implementation of state sanctions policy against individuals whose activities posed threats to Ukraine’s national security, economic stability, and sovereignty. Developed legal mechanisms, prepared government decisions, and coordinated actions with law enforcement bodies and international partners.
Promoted adaptation of OECD principles and best European practices in Ukrainian state-owned enterprises, including establishment of supervisory boards. Ensured the drafting of legislative amendments on state property management, introducing separation of ownership and regulatory functions and transparent governance of the state’s corporate rights. Strengthened international coordination of Ukraine’s sanctions policy with partners in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the EU.
