QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR SELECTING PERSONS ELIGIBLE TO MANAGE ASSETS AND VALUATION ENTITIES FOR PROVIDING VALUATION SERVICES

Qualification Criteria for Selecting Persons Eligible to Manage Assets

The list of documents, the submission procedure and the qualification criteria forparticipation in the competitive selection of managers of seized assets, as well astemplates of the Application for Consent to Participate in the Competition, the AssetManagement Program and Information on Compliance with Qualification Criteria, are published in each announcement of the competitive selection of asset managers, which are posted on the official website of the National Agency of Ukraine forFinding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and OtherCrimes (ARMA) in the section «Competitions for managers and offtakers».

Qualification Criteria for Selecting Valuation Entities for the Provision ofValuation Services

1. The participant in the Competition must have a specialization as a valuationentity, as specified in the relevant announcement of the Competition;

2. The participant must employ certified appraisers with appropriate qualificationsin the specialization defined in the relevant Competition announcement, confirmed by valid qualification certificates issued under the Law of Ukraine«On Appraisal of Property, Property Rights and Professional AppraisalActivity in Ukraine» or issued under the Law of Ukraine «On LandEvaluation» (for performing expert monetary valuation of land plots), whohave at least one year of practical experience in property valuation;

3. The participant must have at least one year of practical experience in providingproperty valuation services in the specialization defined in the relevantCompetition announcement, as well as appraisal reviews (recensions) confirming compliance of valuation reports with regulatory requirements andtheir suitability for use.
