  2. Management of seized assets

 

NOTICE of Termination (Cancellation) of Asset Management Agreement No. 06062025 dated 06 June 2025 
ARMA and Limited Liability Company «I.K.VEL» (hereinafter – LLC «I.K.VEL» or the Asset Manager) entered into Asset Management Agreement No. 06062025 dated 06 June 2025 (hereinafter – the Asset Management Agreement). 
Subparagraph 6.5.7 of Paragraph 6.5, Section 6 of the Asset Management Agreement provides that the Settlor of the Management may unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement by means of its early termination (cancellation) and take measures to replace the Asset Manager in the event that improper management of the Assets is established, including, but not limited to, the provision by the Asset Manager of knowingly false information.
Pursuant to Clauses 6.10 and 6.11 of Section 6 of the Asset Management Agreement, ARMA hereby notifies of the early termination of the Agreement effective as of 09 February 2026.
