Yaroslava Maksymenko to participate in the XIII Business & Legal Tax Forum on 14 April 2026

As part of the event, an open interview with Acting Head of ARMA, YaroslavaMaksymenko, is scheduled on the topic:

“Seized assets as a potential source of budget revenues — an opportunity or a challenge for the state?”

During the discussion, key issues related to the functioning of the seized assetmanagement system will be addressed, including:

• the potential of assets belonging to oligarchs such as Medvedchuk, Fridman, Zhevago, and Zakharchenko as a source of state budget revenues;

• the volume of assets prepared for sale, including land plots in the Borzhavamountain valley;

• balancing the preservation of economic value of assets with their sale;

• practical cases of assets already generating income;

• ensuring transparency in asset sales;

• the strategic development of the seized asset management system.

Participation in the forum will help outline further steps to enhance the efficiency ofusing seized assets as an instrument of the state’s economic policy.
