Today, we honour the centuries-old history of Ukraine’s independence, the rule of law and the unbreakable will of our people. Our statehood, rooted in the era of Kyivan Rus and the state-building decisions of Prince Volodymyr the Great, is the foundation that we defend every day.

For ARMA, this day is a reminder of our profound responsibility to society and the state. Our mission is to safeguard Ukraine’s economic security, ensure justice and recovery to the country what rightfully belongs to it under the law.

A strong state is built on the rule of law, transparency and the reliable protection of its resources. Today, amid the brutal struggle for our future, everyone, in their respective role, contributes to bringing victory closer and strengthening state institutions.

We express our deepest gratitude to the defenders of Ukraine who are holding the line, as well as to everyone who works to uphold the economic and legal sovereignty of our Homeland.
