The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has enforced a court ruling on the special confiscation of over UAH 2.8 billion belonging to the russian online casino PIN-UP.
As part of this, UAH 2.0 billion in government bonds were transferred to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for early redemption and reduction of public debt. Additionally, UAH 825 million was transferred to the state budget, including UAH 217 million in income generated while the seized funds were under ARMA’s management.
Thanks to the joint efforts of ARMA and the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), the assets seized in 2024 were not only preserved but also worked to support Ukraine’s economy and Defense Forces.
In total, in 2025 alone, ARMA has already secured the transfer of UAH 6.8 billion to the state budget from the management of seized assets.
