The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), acting upon a request from Ukrainian law enforcement authorities, conducted measures to identify and trace assets belonging to a criminal group suspected of tax evasion exceeding UAH 400 million.
Among the assets identified were:
- Land plots located in various regions of Ukraine;
- Residential and non-residential real estate, including industrial premises;
- Vehicles — ranging from trucks to premium-class cars such as Lexus and Toyota;
- Weapons;
- Corporate rights in Ukrainian and foreign companies.
All information regarding the found and traced assets has already been transmitted to the competent law enforcement authorities for the imposition of seizure and subsequent transfer to ARMA’s management in the interests of the State.
