According to the results of the report for November 2024, “Naftogazenergia” LLC  declared and paid UAH 7.569 million to the state budget, which is twice as much as the previous figures of UAH 3.75 million. This increase became possible due to ARMA's enhanced control over the efficiency of management of seized assets and the improvement of the financial results of the company's business activities.

“The National Agency constantly monitors the effectiveness of management of seized assets. This example demonstrates the importance of such control to minimize corruption risks and ensure proper filling of the state budget,” said Ihor Chuloi, Director of the Asset Management Department of ARMA.

Effective management of seized assets is a key element in ensuring transparency and maximizing economic benefits for the state.

It is worth recalling that earlier, during an on-site inspection, ARMA found violations by “Naftogazenergia” LLC. The company unlawfully included the costs of voluntary medical insurance for employees in the costs of the management agreement in 2023-2024, which led to an underpayment of UAH 481,124.93 to the state budget. Following ARMA's proposal to voluntarily correct this violation, the manager acknowledged the violation and made the appropriate additional payment to the State Budget of Ukraine.
