The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has received an official appraisal report on the sports center of former MP Viktor Medvedchuk, which was transferred to the Agency's management by a court decision. The sports center, which has been converted into a private dacha, was valued at 757,318,170.00 UAH.

The asset is located in Ukrayinka, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region, in the middle of a coniferous forest, right on the banks of the Stugna River. The property also has a helicopter pad, a special parking space for a yacht, a swimming pool, and a guest house.

After processing and compiling all the information and preparing tender documents, ARMA will announce a tender to select a manager for this sports center. All interested parties will be able to participate and compete for the opportunity to manage the asset of a traitor, bringing significant revenues to the state budget.
