UAH 770 million to the state budget - results of two years of ARMA’s work in the Prozorro.Sale system

Following two years of work of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency(ARMA) in the state electronic trading system Prozorro.Sale, UAH 509 million hasbeen transferred to the state budget. Additionally, the state budget received anotherUAH 261 million in customs payments from the sale of seized assets.

In total, 208 online auctions have been completed during this period. Amongthe sold lots were seized vessels, fertilizers, weapons, equipment, Belarusian potash, and property belonging to state traitors.

The most expensive asset sold under ARMA’s management was more than 1.5 tonnes of liquefied gas: the final price exceeded UAH 50.8 million. The asset wassold on Prozorro.Sale by the platformU.Biz”, accredited in the system, which wonthe competition to organize such an auction.

The most competitive bidding took place for 14 seized iPhones. 18 participantstook part in the auction, and the final sale price amounted to UAH 605.5 thousand. The lot was sold in the system following an open competition by the platformTender Online.

It should be recalled that ARMA sells seized property exclusively through openelectronic auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system. The relevant amendments wereintroduced to Government Resolutions No. 719 and No. 558 in November 2023.

Cooperation between ARMA and Prozorro.Sale is an important step towardincreasing the efficiency of managing seized assets. The Agency will continue todevelop this mechanism, ensuring maximum transparency and effectiveness ofauctions.
