ARMA is approaching the selection of a new manager for the assets of IDS Ukraine, linked to Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman, who is under sanctions imposed by Ukraine and its international partners.

Within the established deadline for participation in the competition, 5 bids were received.

The assets in question belong to the IDS Ukraine group, which includes the well-known Ukrainian mineral water brands “Morshynska” and “Myrhorodska”.

The competitive selection has reached its final stage. The next steps are the evaluation of the submitted proposals and the selection of the most professional and capable manager.

ARMA will ensure that the further management of the assets is carried out transparently, in accordance with the law and with maximum benefit to the state.

Assets linked to Russian capital must contribute to the Ukrainian economy and deliver results for the state. This is precisely the purpose of the IDS Ukraine asset management procedure.
