The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) announces the start of market consultations on the management of seized corporate rights covering one of the leading mineral water brands in Ukraine — Morshynska.

This includes:

• 100% of the shares in the authorised capital of PJSC Morshyn Oskar mineral water plant
• Shares in PrJSC Industrial and Distribution Systems

The position of ARMA’s Acting Head, Yaroslava Maksymenko, is clear and uncompromising: seized assets must work, retain their value, and benefit the state.
“We are building a system based on European logic: transparency, competition, and fairness of the process. This is a guarantee of effective asset management. It is important that seized assets continue to work for the state and society,” emphasized Yaroslava Maksymenko, Acting Head of ARMA.

To this end, the Agency is launching consultations with businesses in order to establish the best management conditions. The results of these consultations will serve as the basis for an open competition for asset managers in the Prozorro system.

Proposals will be accepted until 15:00 on 26 September 2025. Participation is open to all interested parties, with the exception of the owners of the seized assets and representatives of the aggressor state.
