Through the Prozorro. The Asset Recovery and Management Agency sold the seized vessel USKO MFU Sale system. The asset had been transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to the ruling of the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kyiv City.

The auction was held according to the Dutch model. This was the third attempt to sell the asset. The auction was organised by “Polonex”, a platform accredited in the Prozorro.Sales system, which was selected by the Agency through a competition. The winner of the open auction was LLC “Universal LTD”, which purchased the vessel at a starting price of UAH 2.48 million.

In addition to the cost of the lot, the new owner of the vessel will pay customs duties in the amount of UAH 4.42 million. The total amount of revenue to the state budget is UAH 6.9 million. The funds have already been credited to the ARMA accounts.
