The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is preparing the seized assetsof the “Unigran” group of companies for the competitive selection of a manager. Thegroup is one of the major players in Ukraine’s market for non-metallic constructionmaterials.

The property transferred to ARMA for management includes corporate rights and theauthorised capital of several enterprises, movable and immovable property, as well asspecial permits for subsoil use.

In particular, the assets comprise those of LLC “Uni Lux”, LLC “Uni Service”, LLC“Uni Stone Plant”, LLC “Malinska Mining Company”, LLC “Korosten MiningCompany” and LLC “Budindustriia – Servis LTD”.

Before sanctions were imposed and the property was seized, the “Unigran” group ofcompanies operated in granite extraction and processing, the manufacture ofconstruction materials, the provision of specialised mining services, as well aslogistics and transport.

An important feature of the asset is its complete production cycle, from the extractionof natural raw materials to the manufacture of finished products. The industrialinfrastructure of the enterprises and the special permits for subsoil use add furthervalue.
