The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is preparing the seized movable and immovable property of LLС “Volicya-Agro”, located in Kyiv region, for the competitive selection of a manager.
The asset includes a large-capacity grain storage facility, production and utility buildings, land plots, agricultural facilities and vehicles.
One of the key assets is a grain storage facility with a capacity of up to 60,000 tonnes, located on a 4-hectare land plot.
The property complex also includes administrative buildings, workshops, warehouses, a weighbridge, a transformer substation, a grain warehouse, a sawmilland other utility structures. The asset list also includes former livestock facilities, inparticular cowsheds, pigsties and a calf barn.
In addition to immovable property, the asset includes wheat grain stored in theelevator’s silos, as well as vehicles, including Renault Duster, Kia Sportage, Lada, MAZ, KAMAZ and GAZ vehicles.
The property is located in the city of Bila Tserkva and the villages of Yablunivka andDmytrivka in Kyiv region.
