ARMA continues the preparation of seized assets for transfer into management through open competitions. Currently, the valuation of the «Mozart» Hotel isunderway — an architectural monument dating back to 1870, located in the historiccenter of Odesa next to the Odesa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.

The asset includes a hotel and restaurant complex that has significant tourism andinvestment potential.

After the valuation is completed, ARMA will announce an open competition for the selection of an asset manager through the Prozorro system.

The asset was seized and transferred to ARMA for management in accordance with a court decision. According to the investigation, the actual owners of the asset were citizens of the Russian Federation.

ARMA ensures the preparation of the asset for a transparent competitive selection ofa manager in order to preserve its economic value and generate revenues for the statebudget.
