ARMA continues preparing seized assets for transfer to management through open competitive tenders. Currently, an appraisal of the assets of LLC «Betonbud», one ofthe leading construction materials manufacturers in Lviv, is underway.

The asset package includes the company’s corporate rights, real estate properties, concrete batching plants and a specialized vehicle fleet that supports the enterprise’s production activities.

Upon completion of the appraisal, ARMA will announce an open tender for theselection of an asset manager through the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The asset was seized and transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a courtdecision. According to the investigation, the plant was owned by business partners ofindividuals involved in criminal proceedings concerning high treason in favor of theaggressor state.

ARMA is ensuring the asset’s preparation for a transparent competitive selection process aimed at preserving its economic value and generating revenue for the statebudget.
