ARMA is preparing a portfolio of complex assets for transfer to professional asset managers. These include the Hotel “Tsentralnyi” in Odesa, assets of the Unigran Group, property owned by LLC “Ferrostroy”, freight railcars, corporate rights in LLC “Transmonolitavto”, real estate in Odesa and Cherkasy, as well as other assets.

The portfolio comprises various types of assets, including corporate rights, real estate, movable property, land plots and property complexes.

The competitive selection of asset managers will be conducted through the electronic procurement system Prozorro. Participation conditions and requirements for potential bidders will be published in the system once the respective competitions are announced.

Professional market participants can already review the asset portfolio and assess opportunities to participate in the upcoming competitions.
