On 7 September 2026, an electronic auction was held to select a manager for the seized assets of the IDS Ukraine group, owned by sanctioned Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman.
Five participants took part in the auction. Competition was high: the auction consisted of three rounds, during which the bidders successively reduced the cost of their services.
Acting Head of ARMA Yaroslava Maksymenko said: “Ukrainian businesses believe in the state and its fight against Russia and corruption. We have five participants — this is an important indicator. The next stage is consideration of the results by the Commission”.
The next stage will be the consideration of the results in accordance with the established procedure, including the verification and assessment of the bid submitted by the participant who offered the lowest cost of services.
Following the selection of the winner, ARMA will conclude the relevant asset management agreement with them.
After the necessary documents are completed, the assets will be transferred to the new manager to ensure effective management, preserve their economic value and generate revenues for the state budget.
The IDS Ukraine group includes the well-known mineral water brands “Morshynska” and “Myrhorodska”. Its assets are linked to Mikhail Fridman, who is subject to sanctions imposed by Ukraine and its international partners.
The active participation of five bidders in the competition demonstrates that Ukrainian businesses believe in state institutions and support Ukraine’s fight against Russian aggression, oligarchic influence and corruption.
