Following the ARMA's receipt of a tax advice from the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the disputes with the manager of the State Enterprise "Central Laboratory for Quality Control of Medicines and Medical Products" regarding the correct application of tax legislation and the procedure for accounting for the results of asset management activities were resolved.

The Manager adjusted the accounting results for the entire 2023 and voluntarily paid more than UAH 500 thousand to the State Budget of Ukraine.

However, the elimination of violations does not relieve the perpetrators of liability, so the Agency sent an Order to the manager to conduct an internal investigation and bring to justice those responsible for incompletely determining the payment of revenues to the State Budget of Ukraine in 2023.

Effective management of seized assets and budget revenues is a priority for ARMA.
