The Asset Recovery and Management Agency appealed to the National Police of Ukraine with a statement regarding the illegal activities of LLC "Atlant Rent." Based on the materials provided by ARMA, law enforcement officers initiated criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of five to eight years with the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.

In 2024, this is the second criminal proceeding initiated by ARMA regarding the criminal actions of the Managers.

Let us remind that LLC "Atlant Rent" managed 24 real estate objects located in the center of Kyiv. As a result of desk audits in July 2023, the management was deemed improper.
