The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announced an open tender on Prozorro to select a manager for the seized Flagman shopping centre in Ivano-Frankivsk.

The three-storey property complex consists of 16 objects, including non-residential and retail and office premises, a land plot and a garage. According to the results of an independent assessment, the market value of the asset is UAH 309.779 million.

The shopping centre is located in close proximity to the city centre, near a lake and a park. The developed infrastructure of the area and convenient transport links increase the commercial potential of the property. The asset will be of interest to companies operating in the real estate rental market.

The property complex has been seized and transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Court. ARMA previously conducted market consultations on this asset.

The Agency invites potential managers who meet the qualification requirements (except for the owners of the asset and representatives of the aggressor state) to participate in an open competition. The winner will be the company that offers the state the highest percentage of profit from the management of the seized property.
