Acting Head of ARMA, Yaroslava Maksymenko and Head of the Department ofInternational Cooperation, European Integration, Asset Recovery and Management inForeign Jurisdictions, Vladyslav Zhornytskyi, held a meeting with representatives ofthe BELT project of the British Council in Ukraine.
The parties discussed the results of the implementation of training courses within theBELT project, their practical impact on improving the English language proficiencyof ARMA staff, as well as further directions for enhancing language trainingconsidering the needs of public institutions.

The meeting was attended by Project Manager Inna Olyanych and CorporateTraining Specialist Anastasiia Nechaieva.

On 16 January 2026, ARMA and the British Council in Ukraine signed a cooperationagreement. Currently, 37 Agency employees are participating in the British Euro-Atlantic Language Training (BELT) programme — including group and individualcourses, as well as a specialized Professional Communication Skills course aimed atdeveloping professional communication and soft skills in English.
