The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency has completed the procedure for selecting a receiver for the production complex of LLC «UKRTRANSPNEVMATIKA in Lebedyn, Sumy region, which belonged to the russian JSC «TRANSPNEVMATIKA», an industrial enterprise in the machine-building industry.

Following a tender held through the Prozorro system, LLC «Dniprovskyi Electro-Mechanical Plant» was awarded the contract.

According to the terms of the agreement, 99.9% of the asset management revenues will go to the State Budget of Ukraine. The agreement also provides for a guaranteed payment to the budget by the manager, which guarantees the efficiency of management and will amount to UAH 2,024,773.62 excluding VAT, regardless of financial results.

As a reminder, the asset was seized and transferred to ARMA's management in accordance with the rulings of the Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy. At the beginning of 2025, ARMA announced a search for a management company for this enterprise.
