Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is initiating preliminary market consultations to determine an effective management model for the seized asset, LLC “Kerambud”.
LLC “Kerambud” is one of the most powerful brick manufacturers in western Ukraine, located in the Lviv region. The plant is equipped with modern high-tech German equipment, which ensures a fully automated production process. The enterprise has a production capacity of 3 to 4 million bricks per month.
ARMA is conducting preliminary market consultations with the aim of:
- Obtaining proposals for optimal financial indicators for asset management;
- Attracting potential managers and investors;
- Ensuring transparency and efficiency of the further process of transferring the asset to management.
All interested parties, except representatives of the aggressor state, are invited to participate in the consultations. Detailed information on the conditions of participation, requirements for participants, and the procedure for submitting proposals has already been published.
After the consultations are completed, ARMA plans to announce a competition to select an asset manager through the Prozorro electronic system. This will ensure the openness and competitiveness of the process of transferring the asset to management.
ARMA calls on all interested parties to join the consultations and contribute to the effective management of seized assets for the benefit of Ukraine.
