The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) continues the process of selecting managers for seized property belonging to Valeriy Kapashin, a general of the armed forces of the russian federation.
ARMA has announced market consultations for three real estate properties in Poltava, located at:
- 4 Mykhailo Hrushevskyi Street
- 11 Lidova Street
- 18A Paryzka Komuna Street
All information on participation requirements, conditions, and the procedure for submitting proposals is available on ARMA’s official website in the “Manager Competitions” section.
ARMA invites interested business entities to take part, except for representatives of the aggressor state. Proposals will be accepted until 26 August 2025.
Based on the results of the consultations, an open tender will be launched via the Prozorro system to select a property manager. Funds generated from managing the assets will be directed to the state budget.
It should be recalled that ARMA currently manages over 50,000 square meters of non-residential property — including shops, shopping centers, and offices — more than 1,000 square meters of residential property, and thousands of hectares of land previously owned by Valeriy Kapashin.
