In accordance with the approved open procedures, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced a tender for the appraiser and manager of 17,799 railcars. By a decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv, this asset was transferred to the National Agency.
According to the Head of ARMA, Olena Duma, processing the materials and preparing such a large number of railcars for management is a significant challenge for both the small team of ARMA specialists and the employees of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia". To verify the authenticity of the lot with so many components.
She also added that during the preparation of the asset for the announcement of competitive procedures, it was found that some of them are located in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, which will be indicated when signing a management agreement with the future winner of the tender.
The deadline for submitting documents for participation in the competitive selection of appraisers will be 15:00 on October 08, 2024. Receiving preliminary proposals from potential managers will be 15:00 on October 24, 2024. Therefore, ARMA invites everyone to participate in the competition and compete for the opportunity to manage these assets.
ARMA has already announced the selection of a manager for 434 railcars and the start of competitive procedures for 100 railcars. Another 2604 railcars are currently undergoing the evaluation process.
