The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced a tender to select a manager for a group of non-residential office premises in the center of the capital, which belonged to persons affiliated with fugitive MP OleksandrOnyshchenko and were transferred to the National Agency for management by a court decision.

The property is located in the heart of Kyiv, on Khreshchatyk Street. The building housing the asset is part of the premium residential complex Capitol, and the premises are located on the first and second floors and have a separate entrance.

In November 2024, the appraiser selected through transparent tenders, Business Consulting PE, conducted an independent appraisal of a part of the LLC MaidanPlaza premises group. According to its results, the asset was valued at UAH 35,151,490. ARMA has prepared all the necessary tender documents for a transparent tender to select a manager who will ensure monthly revenues to the state budget from the management of this real estate.

The tender will be held through the Prozorro public procurement system. All interested participants who meet the qualification criteria can submit their proposals. The deadline for submitting bids is 18:00 on December 25, 2024. The auction will start at 14:54 on December 26, 2024.
