The National Agency for Asset Tracing and Management (ARMA) has announced a competition to find a manager for a stake in the authorized capital of PJSC Kryukiv Railway Car Building Works, one of the largest and oldest machine-building enterprises in Ukraine.

This is a 25% stake in the authorized capital of PJSC Kryukiv Railway Car Building Works, which belongs to Capital Management GmbH. The nominal value of this stake is UAH 21,502,416.00.

Kryukiv Railway Car Building Works, located in the city of Kremenchuk in the Poltava region, is of strategic importance for Ukraine's transport infrastructure and is a leading manufacturer of railway rolling stock.

The deadline for submitting tender proposals is June 4, 2025. Companies and organizations that meet the requirements of the law and have relevant experience in asset management can participate in the competition.
