The Asset Recovery and Management Agency of Ukraine (ARMA) has announced a competitive selection process for the management of seized garages (parking spaces) associated with ex-minister of Internal Affairs, Vitalii Zakharchenko.

These assets were transferred to ARMA’s management under a ruling by an investigative judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, as part of a criminal investigation.

The subject of the competition includes four parking spaces located at Instytutska Street, Kyiv. The total area of the properties is 45.10 square meters.

According to an independent valuation conducted by LLC “TR INVEST-COMPANY “ the market value of the assets is nearly UAH 5 million (excluding VAT).

ARMA ensures a transparent and competitive selection process via the public electronic system. All interested parties — except representatives of the aggressor state — are welcome to participate.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 18:00 on 1 August 2025.
