The Asset Recovery and Management Agency has announced an open competition on the Prozorro platform to select a manager for an elite building in Kyiv. The property was seized in a criminal case of high treason and transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a court ruling.

The asset is located on Obolonska Naberezhna. According to an independent appraisal, the market value of the building (731.6 sq. m) is almost UAH 85 million (excluding VAT), and the land plot (0.0775 ha) is UAH 26.6 million (excluding VAT).

An asphalt access road leads to the property, and the house has a separate exit to the embankment and a landscaped area.

ARMA invites businesses, in particular real estate agencies, to participate in the competition on the Prozorro platform and submit their proposals by 28 October 2025 (18:00).

Potential managers who meet the qualification requirements are eligible to participate. The following are not eligible: owners of seized assets and representatives of the aggressor state.
