The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has begun accepting proposals to manage the seized Flagman shopping mall in Ivano-Frankivsk, which belonged to citizens of the russian federation.
The three-storey property complex consists of 16 assets, including non-residential and retail-office premises, a land plot, and a garage. According to an independent valuation, the market value of the asset is UAH 309.779 million.
The mall is located near the city center, close to the city lake and Taras Shevchenko Park—an area with developed infrastructure and convenient transport links that ensures a high potential for commercial use of the real estate.
The asset was seized and transferred to ARMA’s management on the basis of a ruling of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Court, which recognized the real estate as material evidence in criminal proceedings related to the activities in Ukraine of citizens of the aggressor state.
ARMA invites interested companies (except the owners of the seized asset and representatives of the aggressor state) to join the market consultations and submit commercial proposals for the management of the Flagman shopping mall. To participate, please fill out the form on the Agency’s official website and send it to info@arma.gov.ua.
More detailed information about the asset is available in the “Competitions for Managers” section at the link.
Proposals will be accepted until 15:00 on 21 October 2025.
