The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced a tender to select a manager for a seized office property complex in the capital.
The office complex includes the following assets:
- Office center: 62 Taras Shevchenko Boulevard, Kyiv — total area of 3,115 m²;
- Non-residential premises: 24 Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard, Kyiv — total area of 147.6 m²;
- Non-residential premises: 24 Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard, Kyiv — total area of 217.6 m²;
- Non-residential premises: 10 Raisy Okipnoi Street, Kyiv — total area of 392.5 m²;
- Non-residential buildings: 6 Zolotovoritska Street, Kyiv — total area of 743.6 m².
The tender for the selection of the manager was launched through the Prozorro public procurement system on 14 August and will run until 25 August 2025.
All interested participants that meet the qualification criteria are eligible to submit proposals for managing the listed assets.
