ARMA has announced a competition for the selection of a manager for the seized «Mozart» Hotel in Odesa — an architectural landmark dating back to 1870, located in the historic centre of the city near the Odesa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.

The asset includes an operating hotel and restaurant complex with significant tourism and investment potential.

ARMA is seeking a professional manager who will ensure the effective operation of the asset, preserve its economic value and contribute to revenues to the state budget.

The asset was seized and transferred to ARMA for management pursuant to a court decision. According to the investigation, the actual owners of the asset were citizens of the Russian Federation.

The transfer of such assets for management makes it possible to preserve their value, ensure their proper operation and use them in the interests of the state.
