The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched a tender procedure to select a manager for the Zhovtnevyi Palace complex. The tender was announced on the Prozorro platform and bids are currently being submitted.
The real estate complex with a total area of 17,597.70 m² is a landmark cultural location in the capital. Its effective management implies not only financial benefits for the state budget, but also ensuring its proper functioning as a modern concert and cultural space.
Head of ARMA Olena Duma noted: “Until the draft law No. 11009 is approved and adopted, ARMA cannot wait for such assets to stand idle. We are obliged to ensure the effective use of the property managed by the National Agency. Therefore, we are announcing a tender to find a manager who will not only preserve this facility, but also ensure its effective operation in the interests of the state.”
According to the tender documents, the amount of monthly expected management income should be at least 2 million UAH. Revenues from asset management will be transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine.
ARMA encourages all interested bidders to submit their bids in accordance with the requirements. The management of «Zhovtnevyi» Palace is not only a commercial opportunity, but also a contribution to the preservation and development of culture in Ukraine.
