The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched a competitive selection process for the management of three real estate properties located in the heart of Poltava. According to the investigation, the assets are linked to a citizen of the russian federation — general Valeriy Kapashin — who was among the high-ranking officials responsible for developing the aggressor state's military-chemical programs.
The competition has been announced via the Prozorro electronic system. All three properties are advantageously located in the city center and offer significant potential for further use and commercial development.
