Asset Recovery and Management Agency announces tenders for the selection of legal entities to sell seized property – weapons and technical equipment.

Based on the ruling of the investigating judge of the Komunarsky District Court of Zaporizhzhia, seven weapons, including civilian hunting and combat firearms, were transferred to ARMA. The list includes carbines, a shotgun, a rifle, and a pistol. In accordance with the law, the agency ensures the competitive selection of business entities for the sale of these assets.

It should be noted that only specialized business entities that have the appropriate licenses and permits in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine can be buyers of seized weapons.

A separate tender has been announced for the sale of mining equipment transferred to the ARMA in accordance with the ruling of the investigating judge of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv. The object of sale includes six full-fledged mining farms, which are equipped with more than 50 units of high-performance equipment: graphics processors, solid-state drives, power supplies, routers, motherboards, video recorders, and network communicators. All equipment is in good working order and ready for use.

The deadline for submitting documents to participate in the tenders is July 4, 2025, inclusive, until 4:00 p.m.
