The Asset Recovery and Management Agency announced open competitions on the Prozorro platform to select managers for seized real estate belonging to former Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Vitaliy Zakharchenko.
These include:
647 sq. m residential building near the Pechersk Lavra and four land plots;
255.5 sq. m apartment in Pechersk and two parking spaces.
Acting Head of ARMA Yaroslava Maksymenko emphasised: "ARMA acts consistently: seized property must work for the state. We are creating an open and competitive procedure where every step is transparent, every action is accountable, and the result is measurable. We call on the market to participate so that these assets can finally begin to bring economic benefits."
ARMA invites companies with experience in property management — development structures, real estate agencies, professional operators — to participate in the tenders.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 18:00 on 18 December 2025.
The announced tenders are part of ARMA's systematic work in accordance with the principles of transparency, legality and efficiency. Seized properties that may have been idle for years should benefit the state through management, leasing or other forms of commercial use provided for by law.
For reference
The property belonging to Vitaliy Zakharchenko was seized in 2021 and transferred to ARMA for management pursuant to a court ruling as a part of criminal proceedings.
