The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has initiated preliminary market consultations concerning the management of two hotel complexes in Odesa, which were seized and transferred to the Agency’s management pursuant to rulings of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv within criminal proceedings.
The assets include:
- Hotel “Arkadia” — a three-star complex with a total area of 10,774.7 sq. m, comprising 287 rooms of five categories. The hotel features an apartment section with two-room suites, a banquet hall for 150 guests, and five conference halls ranging from 40 to 170 sq. m, accommodating between 20 and 200 participants.

The complex includes a banquet hall for 600 people consisting of seven halls and a concert hall for 1,000 visitors equipped with modern sound and lighting systems. The hotel also has a shelter, secure parking with 24-hour surveillance, and underwent full renovation in 2012.
Both hotels are located in Odesa’s resort area, close to beaches, tourist attractions, and cultural landmarks. Currently, the complexes remain operational.
