The Asset Recovery and Management Agency of Ukraine (ARMA) is conducting market consultations regarding the management of the “Turyst” hotel in the city of Lviv, which was transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling by the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.

The “Turyst” hotel is an operating business-class hotel located in a prestigious district of Lviv. It holds significant potential for commercial use and includes:

• A 9-storey hotel complex building with a total area of 4,851.8 square meters
• A non-residential building with an area of 1,552 square meters

ARMA invites interested business entities to participate, excluding any representatives of the aggressor state.
