The Asset Recovery and Management Agency of Ukraine (ARMA) has launched market consultations regarding the management of the seized “Khmilnyk” sanatorium, located in the city of Khmilnyk, Vinnytsia region. The asset was transferred to ARMA’s management pursuant to a ruling by an investigative judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.
The “Khmilnyk” sanatorium is considered an attractive asset due to its unique radon water sources, established medical infrastructure, and consistently high demand for wellness services. The asset has strong development potential and offers opportunities for investment in the field of medical tourism.
ARMA invites interested business entities — with the exception of representatives from the aggressor state — to participate.
Proposals will be accepted until 15:00 on 15 August 2025.
Information regarding participation conditions, requirements, and the procedure for submitting proposals is available on ARMA’s official website under the section “Competitions for Asset Managers.”
