The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) has launched a competition on Prozorro to select a manager for the Orlivshchyna Resort, one of the most famous health resorts in Dnipropetrovsk region.

The resort’s infrastructure is fully developed: pharmacy, hair salon, café, rental point, laundry, children’s playground with entertainment, 24/7 security and medical posts. The car park area is equipped with video surveillance. According to an ARMA inspection report, the asset is in proper operating condition.
The sanatorium is advantageously located on the banks of the Samara River in the village of Orlivshchyna, Novomoskovsk district. It is surrounded by a relict forest known for its beneficial effect on the respiratory system. Novomoskovska mineral water used for treatment is listed in Ukraine’s Cadastre of Mineral Waters.
Kurort Orlivshchyna has been recognised among the best sanatorium-resort establishments in Ukraine and is commercially attractive for companies operating in this sector.
The asset was seized pursuant to a ruling in criminal proceedings and transferred into ARMA’s management by the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv.
An open competition has been announced on Prozorro. ARMA invites companies that meet the qualification requirements—excluding representatives of the asset’s owners and representatives of the aggressor state—to participate.
Deadline for submitting tender proposals: 18:00 on 29 September 2025.
With the winner of the competition, ARMA will conclude a management agreement for the assets of Kurort Orlivshchyna sanatorium.
