The Asset Recovery and Management Agency transferred the management of theVedmezha Dibrova sports, residential and health complex in Zakarpattia.

After conducting a tender in the Prozorro system and the necessary checks of thecandidate, a 5-year contract was signed with AVGM-GROUP LLC.

Regardless of the availability of income, the management company will pay a fixedguarantee payment of 258,825 hryvnias every month. If the income frommanagement exceeds the amount of the guarantee payment, 72.5% of the profit frommanagement will be transferred to the budget.

At the same time, ARMA will continuously monitor the fulfilment of the terms of themanagement agreement to ensure the effective use of the seized property and itsoperation in the interests of the state.

The Vedmezha Dibrova complex is currently seized property, which has beentransferred to ARMA for management pursuant to a ruling of the Pecherskyi DistrictCourt of Kyiv. The asset has the status of a single sports, residential and healthfacility and includes land plots, buildings and movable property.

According to the results of an independent assessment conducted by IndependentExpert Assessment Expert LLC as of 31 December 2024, the value of the complex isover UAH 493.5 million.
