Employees of the Central Interregional Territorial Department of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) handed over the objects of the integral property complex of the Ovruch Crushed Stone Plant of the Gomel City Road Construction and Repair Trust to the winner of the competitive selection for the manager - Tamerlan-1 LLC - under the acts of acceptance.

The issue of restoring the operation of this strategically important asset for Ukraine was one of the priorities of the National Agency's management.

The signing took place directly at the enterprise with the participation of the Prosecutor of the Zhytomyr Regional Prosecutor's Office, representatives of the Asset Management Department of the Central Department of ARMA, the director of LLC "Tamerlan-1" (manager) and the acting director of the crushed stone plant.

During the signing of the acceptance certificates, the main ways of financial and economic activity of the manager were discussed, which include modernization of the production process of the enterprise and improvement of its energy efficiency.

In the future, options for purchasing the latest production lines for the extraction and processing of crushed stone are being considered, as well as the gradual transition of the plant to alternative energy, namely the installation of wind turbines and solar panels.

These innovations will ensure the energy independence of the enterprise and reduce the cost of final products. ARMA will monitor the management of this asset to ensure budget revenues and the effectiveness of the management of this seized asset, which in turn will contribute to strengthening the economic security of the State.
