The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has officially transferred the non-residential premises of the “Flagman” shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk under its management. The relevant transfer and acceptance certificates were signed today.
From now on, the winner of the open tender, the “Management Company KAMPARITET” consortium, will manage the asset in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
Key management terms:
75% of the asset management revenues will go to the State Budget of Ukraine.
The guaranteed payment, which the manager is obliged to make to the budget regardless of performance, is UAH 630,729.82.
After signing the agreement, the manager met with the tenants of the retail space. During the conversation, they emphasized their readiness for constructive cooperation, openness to dialogue and the prevention of any obstacles to their business activities.
The goal is the efficient management of the asset and stable budget revenues.
