In December 2018, upon the ruling of the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of the city of Kyiv, cash funds in the amount of UAH 1,476,000.00 were transferred into the ARMA management.

In compliance with the court ruling, funds were placed on ARMA’s deposit account in the "UKRGAZBANK" JSB. 

In accordance with the Special Law, management of money in cash and cashless forms in any currency, as well as bank metals seized in criminal proceedings, is carried out by ARMA by placing them on deposit accounts of the Agency in the state banks.

In the event of cancellation of seizure of cash funds by the court and receipt by ARMA of a duly certified copy of the relevant court decision, ARMA will cease the funds management, and the funds, as well as interest accrued there on, will be returned to the owner on the account indicated by him.

At present, the ARMA’s deposit portfolio is 106 811 047,04 UAH, 205,900.00 USD and 1,154,550.00 EUR. From the beginning of 2018, funds deposited by ARMA on deposit accounts with state-owned banks accrued interest in the following amounts: 15 536 242,59 UAH, 2 272,22 USD and 10 058,83 EUR.
