The Asset Management Efficiency Monitoring Department of ARMA conducted an on-site inspection of the efficiency of real estate management, namely, PC "LF "SVM - CONSULTING". The inspection revealed that the manager was paying a price for real estate management that was significantly lower than the market value of similar real estate in the capital.

After the audit, PC "LF "SVM - CONSULTING" agreed to pay the market value for the seized property, which increased the amount of revenues to the state budget by more than 30%.

From now on, property managers of ARMA's seized property will pay rents that are in line with market prices for similar properties.

The strategic mission of the National Agency is to effectively find, trace and manage seized property and ensure stable, predictable revenues to the state treasury against the backdrop of russian aggression and budget deficit.
