04-04-2025

The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency has signed an agreement with the new manager of the Flagman shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk. From now on, the seized asset, which previously belonged to a structure from the orbit of the aggressor country, has been officially transferred to the management of the Management Company CAMparitet consortium.

The document was signed by Ihor Chulyi, Director of ARMA's Asset Management Department, and representatives of the winning company. The agreement was signedbased on the results of an open tender procedure held in the Prozorro system.

According to the terms of the agreement, the manager undertakes to ensure the effective operation and commercialization of the asset, as well as to transfer a guaranteed payment of 630,729.82 UAH excluding VAT, to the state budget on a monthly basis, regardless of financial results. In total, 75% of the income from the management of the Flagship shopping center will go to the state.

"This agreement is an example of how seized property taken from enemy structures is turned into a resource for the state. From now on, the Flagman shopping center will bring income not to the aggressor, but to the budget of Ukraine. This is not just a legal act - it is a signal that the state is able to effectively respond to the challenges of war through the tools of compulsory management," said Ihor Chuloi, Director of the Asset Management Department of ARMA.

ARMA will continue to resolutely turn enemy assets into a resource for the state, so that every square meter of confiscated property works for Ukraine's economic stability and victory.
