The Asset Management Performance Monitoring Department of ARMA has completed its regular monthly monitoring of compliance by Asset Managers with the requirements for the effective management of seized assets.

Based on the results of 26 desk audits, a number of violations were identified, in particular, failure to submit reports, incomplete reflection of management results in the reports, late payment of state budget revenues, as well as understatement of state budget revenues by more than 600 thousand UAH.

The managers who committed the violations received binding proposals to comply with the requirements of the law and management agreements. In addition, additional on-site inspections will be conducted in respect of three managers.

It should be reminded that based on the results of control measures in the previous reporting period, the Monitoring Department issued an Order to eliminate violations of the legislation on asset management. The Asset Manager voluntarily complied with the Order, which resulted in the receipt of 100 thousand UAH by the state treasury.
