ARMA Strengthens International Cooperation on Asset Recovery within the GlobE Network

26-08-2026

ARMA is developing cooperation with the Global Operational Network of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Authorities (GlobE Network), established under the auspices of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

Acting Head of ARMA Yaroslava Maksymenko signed the Model Agreement on Information Exchange between Members of the GlobE Network.

Participation in the network provides the Agency with direct contacts with competent authorities of foreign states, accelerates information exchange and facilitates the tracing, seizure, management and recovery of assets illegally transferred abroad.

Cooperation with GlobE is particularly important for addressing cross-border cases, assets belonging to sanctioned persons and combating illicit financial flows. ARMA uses this international platform to hold bilateral consultations, exchange practical experience and seek solutions to specific cases.
